80 acre lease near Greenville. Half mile Persimmon Creek frontage with lots of hardwoods. Upland pines are about 7 year old. Very secluded and good Trophy potential. This property has limited access. I have an entrance off I 65. You will need a 4 wheel dr. or an Atv .If you have issues about entering off I 65 don't bother calling. I have done it for 6 years without a problem. I am 3 hours from this property and will only show it to serious inquiries. If you know this area then you know kind of deer are there. Several nice deer have been taken and only one doe in 6 year. The best deer was shot right next to the interstate. It is not a numbers lease.I usally see deer every time out but if you are wanting to see 10-15 deer a day, don't bother. Not in sales. Just want anyone to know the real deal. It's a good property but like many others has good points and bad ones. If you like a very private spot where there is good Trophy potential this is it. The access is not a problem for me but I am an aggressive hunter. Something like the access never even causes a hiccup for me. This is a good lease for a solo or Father-Son-Daughter.And I do keep the road mowed which runs the length of most the property. 2 plots also.

I leased the property on a first come first serve basis. Had a lot of issues with Peeples telling me they would show and then no show. Had two guys pull up and said." I will take it". I said "Great". Oh but by the way we don't have any money. Like I'm really gonna go to lease property and don't have any money ! I think some hunters carry and rightfully so the stigma "Windbags". Was supposed to meet and he couldn't make it so he said it was mine and we could meet the next weekend.. Called on Thursday to touch base and he didn't even know who I was!! Definitely glad I didn't hand over any money.. Shady for sure
