Sounds like no house

In the other threads, it was mentioned that the landowner wanted to retain the right to hunt the property along with the lease holders. Is that still the case or will all hunting rights be exclusive to the group leasing it?

Me and the owner talked about this property weeks ago. He also gets to hunt the property and there's not a camp house on it. I Made him I higher offer to get 100 percent of the hunting rights and get the camp and he declined. But he is a really nice man. Just couldn't work with the terms of the lease.

You would probably have to be in the 40k range to keep 100% of the hunting rights and get the camp onsite. There is probably someone out there that would pay it.
