Escambia, Al...Club Opening

We have a fella selling his membership in our club in Canoe, Al due to personal problems.. We have a total of 560 acres with it mostly 20-25' pines and saplings with Oaks scattered along the edges and a pipe line. It's a total of 7 members with 5 club plots and a few other club stands in various locations. It is located off Sardis Church Rd and Philyaw Rd down from the BEC plant. It has a crop field on the entire west side, private land to the east and borders Poarch Creek Huntin club on the north side.. Dues $675
