ISO Marion County lease or club - 05/04/16 05:33 PM

Just like the title says. I have a couple of friends wanting a hunting lease or to join a club in Marion County. I already am in a club in Marion County, but I am always looking to up the ante on hunting areas myself. Hardwoods with a good turkey population would be great. Small tract to lease by myself would also be fine.

Does decent hardwood even exist in Marion co much anymore? Seems like it's all been cut or being cut at rapid pace. Good luck hope you find you a nice place though pal.

Good luck. Hardwoods are hard to find in that part of the state

Im in a pretty good club there now that needs a few more years to really be a good one. I am always looking and always want to move up in the hardwood hunting world. Dont really want to hunt property I own in TN because it has a good lease value to it, and I dont want to stop that income. I have all kinds of property to hunt Matt, just always looking for that great spot that "Tickles my Fancy". Deer were very good to me this year and I killed a Hoss that dressed at 182 on scales. This is what I am talking about, but I am just getting so old I cant hunt as hard as I used to. The getting older part makes killing good deer alot harder than it used to be.
