Lease around Catherine, Gastonburg, Alberta etc

Looking for a buddy of mine. He is trying to find a small lease around 150 acres or less in or around the Gastonburg area for him and his son. If anyone knows of any leads please let me know. Thanks

I told my buddy that I doubt I would be able to help. Never know though. I told him he'd be better off trying to find a club in the area than land to lease.

I know where there is 7000+ acres that will split up into 100 acre blocks for $35/acre.

Or, join the Club for about $2000 a year........

For $35 an acre there better be Monster Bucks behind every tree! It' is getting tough for the good ole boys to keep up with the Jones of deer hunting.

Look up AuCowboy (?) on here. He has been advertising memberships in it. The club being referenced is Flatwoods Hunting Club. Old established club on some great land. South of Catherine about 5 miles off Hwy 5.
