Looking for a Club/Lease

I'm looking for a club for the 2016-17 season.

Here are my requirements:
At least 3000 contiguous acres
A minimum to 300 acres per member
Been on trophy management for a minimum of 7 years
In the southern zone or within 30 minutes of Oxford
I'd rather the other members not hunt
A very nice lodge with a private bedroom and in suite bath is a must
No work days
No guest fees
Money is no object but dues must be less than $800 per year
Huge turkey population but no other member can hunt them
Bass/Bream/Catfish lake/lakes on the property
Duck blinds and summer planting programs for deer/turkey/ducks
15% of the property must be in Winter food plots with large heated shooting houses on each
Etc.

Yep, paved roads all the way to the shooting houses would be ideal. Also, someone to retrieve and clean my deer.

I was a member this year but I actually leased 1100 acres after I had already joined Redfield.

Actually I will require a driver and a gun bearer.

How about weekly updates on trail cam pics,all organized by time and quality of deer sent to your personal email.Not to mention pin out your spot on the club with a smart phone app.

Waiting to see if we have an opening. I think one guy may get transferred out of state. We only allow 160 class and above bucks to be harvested. Located right off Quintard so the drive should not be too bad. Send me a credit card number so I can put you down for the deposit or make the check to Wade's Whitetail World.

300 acres to each member? Man why don't you just come out and say you want to sit in the heated shooting houses with the other hunters. Minimum 1500 acres/member IMO.

I have an opening per described, however, we do not have paved roads to the fields.

We have an underground tunnel system.

Taking the subway to fields might be kinda neat.

Are there terminal stops at each field? If so, how do I get from subterranean up to the field? How far is the shooting house from the terminal gate? What is the mode of transportation from the gate to the stand?

I need more details please.

Look man, this ain't no sloppy operation.

Air tight, insulated, sound proof, and scent free elevators take you from the tunnel to the shooting house.

The shooting houses are elevated 25 feet, and are supported by the elevator tunnel itself. You ride in an office chair kind of like the ones you see on the TV commercials that ride disabled Granny up the stir rail in her house.

The game can't smell, hear, or see you get into and out of the house.

I'm feeling generous, so I'm going to give you the first year for free.

I'm in as long as I'll be the only member.

Tell you what, I'd like to shoot a doe on Thanksgiving but other than that the place is yours.

I need $100 up front.

It seems a little high for what I'm getting but I did say money was no object.
