Possibly looking for next season

I'm getting a feeling that my current lease may fall through next year. If so, I will be in the market for a new place. My current lease is in perry and hale counties but the only real requirement I have is to try to stay within 2 1/2 hours from Birmingham. The farther away within this range the greater the need for a camphouse. I hunt by myself and am a very ethical hunter. My budget will top out at 3500. I've been in a few clubs in the past that have had a lot of the inner circle/small group drama and that is not what I'm looking for. I just want a place that has a good deer herd with people that share my love of hunting. If anyone knows of a place like this that is in need of a good member please send me a pm and we will go from there. Thanks in advance.

I would put my reputation on the line for this guy.

He is a real good fellow, very strong hunting ethics and is a person of good character.

He will make someone a fine member if his lease goes belly up.
