Will pay good for a decent lease in Eastern Dale, Houston, or Southern Henry County

for 2016-2017 season if anyone knows of anything that comes up. Just want 100-200 acres of woods for just myself that is close to me. Will give a finder's fee reward to anyone who can hook me up on something good. Prefer something in Southeastern Dale county.

I'd take under a 100 acres in Southeast Dale County if all wooded...will keep bumping this for a while. I'm desperate. Currently live in Southeast Dale County and hunt in Central Henry County, its a 45 minute one way drive for me every time I go. Want something within 15-20 minutes.

If you find a larger tract that you think might be out of your price range let me know. I'd be willing to pitch in. I'm located in Houston Co. and I would love a place to hunt close to home.

Just keep checking the normal websites(afoa, plumcreek,etc), craigslist and you'll find something. I've turned down several leases in every county you mentioned except houston.
