Looking for small tract

As the title says, I'm looking for a small tract of land to bow hunt. Preferably 50 acres or less. I'm in Bham, and would love to have something within an hour or two of town.

I've looking on some of the leasing websites, but haven't found anything that has worked out, so thought I'd check here. Not looking for anything serious. Just want a place to have a couple setups and make a few hunts. I'm originally from LA so don't have any places around here, and can only make a few trips back to LA a year. Thanks

I have 40 acres in what was the Wolf Creek Management Area; the state dropped the area so it is now available. 30 year old thinned pines, one hollow, 2 old landings for possible plots. County gravel road through one corner.

I know this post is a month-ish but did y'all work something out? Do you still have the 40 ac available? Where is this property?
