I didn't take it but I don't know if it's still available. I already deleted the pm from the op but I think he said 75% of the pines were 7 yo and the rest were 12

It is 2 pieces, 430 acres + 97 acres. 430 acres has pines and about 25% hardwood. Pines are about 6 years on part of it and 10 years on part of it. 97 acre piece is about 50% hard wood. Pines there are 10 to 12.
