I quit my search for the same and started looking for mermaids instead. They are much more common in my area.

It isn't just that area either! Turkey hunting seems to be more popular than duck hunting these days and finding any property that isn't already over crowded with hunters is a thing of the past.

You are correct. I remember the good ole days of having several thousand acres to yourself. Not anymore though.
