1190 acre QDM club looking for a few like minded members. A few miles north of Marion in Perry county. Nine or Ten members total. $1200 / member covers dues and food plot maintenance. Have 4 guys currently. Good deer, turkey, and hogs on property. Sign in system. Every member is equal and all working towards the same goal. No nonsense good group of guys.

More information added for those who have requested. The terrain is rolling topography with nice funnels and drains. Hardwoods, Pines in all ages, Clearcuts, Hayfields, and around 18 foodplots, most over half acre. Planting summer plots this week. We are family oriented as most of us have small kids and are in our 30's. Let me know if you guys have any more questions.

All the guys do not turkey hunt. There are 2 turkey hunters so far

As an update, we have decided to go with only 8 members total on the 1190 acres. Dues for the 2015-2016 season are 1350 and cover all seasons and planting costs. Close to 150 acres/member ratio. Thanks for your interest.

This place has great potential. We need one more guy who is willing to put in the work that needs to be done to maximize it.

Brad is also working on a house with a couple of camper spots available a few miles away. It will probably cost a little extra to stay there but will be a nice addition. I believe we will have a really nice dove shoot or two on the property as well. It has a prime spot with plenty of birds already there.

Is this private land or other? also roughly how far from Woodstock exit 97 or the start of Hwy 5?

This is all Timber Co land. It is 30 minutes south from Brent to the gate, if that helps.

Club is full for 2015/2016

Ok guys we added another 87 acres this week in the heart of our 600 acre tract. We also lost a member and have one opening left. 6 of the 7 members will be on the club property this weekend if anyone is interested in seeing it. I forgot to mention we do now have a spot for a camper with power and water available. It will cost a little and power water will be split between the ones in the house and campers evenly. It is just a few miles from the property.
