Christian Hunting Club needs one member

600 acres Tallapoosa County. No turkey rights. Deer only. Poor Country Preacher has the turkey rights. Pines are being thinned now. $600 dues. Food plots are extra and is usually under $50. State regulations. Great group of ethical, respectful hunters with no problems. 5 members max. At least three miles of hardwood bottoms with numerous white oaks. If you are interested, I can send you a map to go look at it.

Its gonna be less than 10 miles from your house, is loaded with deer, and the thinning of the pines is gonna result in great hunting for the next few years. I'd buy a deer membership too, if I had any interest in deer hunting during the week, but I don't.

What's the limit on Christians?

It's got 2 preachers in it, so I'm not sure if it could handle another one or not. But it's Farmer Brown's call. So I'd say the limit is probably 3. What difference does it make? Everybody's except me ignores the limit anyway.

I think I'm the only baptist in it, and I'm not a real member. Just a turkey hunter.

As for Bud's question, I suspect that anyone with $600 who promises to behave will be welcomed. But that is not my call, so I need to drop out of it.

I'm sorta surprised this membership is still available. I really have seen a lot of deer on it, and they will be a lot easier to hunt now that the first thinning has been done on most of it. The way that It is laid out in a long and irregular shape is gonna make it hunt a lot bigger than the total acreage would indicate.
