Giving up our lease this year

I lease 620 acres in West Jefferson County. We have some shooting houses, an outhouse, two or three campers set up with power in a nice camping spot. Lease expires in June $4000.00/yr
I don't know what kind of deal that is, but we would like to sell a camper or three, the power set up, some shooting houses, and the outhouse for a fair price. If you can negotiate for the lease you'd have a set up hunting club.

I'm responding to pm's in order they were received. We are quiting because some of us got old some got disinterested. Gas wells with good roads all over property. We sold all our 4 wheelers and side by sides because you can get where you need to in 2wd. Property is good but could be better...we never planted our prepped very well. It's the cheapest I've seen. We have been there 6 or 7 years. After the first year only 4 people hunted seriously. The 4 of us that are left don't want to pay $1000 each and we don't want to move some of the stuff we built so I thought we'd try to sell some of it if the lease can be arranged. I am the second president of the club. the first president just told them I was taking over and it went smoothly. You'd probably have to keep the name. I'll move through the pm list as fast as I can so whoever is serious can go look and contact the leasing company. We know there was a 10 point that nobody could get this year. Unless the neighbors got him, he's probably still out there. Lots of turkeys. It was a bear to get power out there, but now that it's there it can probably be transferred.

I'd just like to see it go to some one that can use it. We looked long and hard to find it and I'd hate to see it go to back in the rotation in the lease process.
