Anyone on here have experience with:
- Liability waivers ( member and/ or guest)
- Club forming an LLC (documentation)
- Annual Filings required (state/ IRS)

I have had to sign liability waivers as a member and as a guest before I could hunt.

some land owners will allow you to sign a waver no insurance required. you can form a hunting club as a nonprofit club an Incorporate,then u dont have to file irs stuff

We set ours up as a corporation with articles of incorporation and bylaws drawn up by our attorney and get waiver of liabilities signed prior to entering properties
In my opinion you can't beat Alabama forest owners liability insurance

I done our Non Profit Inc stuff, Nothing to it. You can do a Google search for hunting club/liability waiver to get tons of templates...
