nice folks. Land looked good when I toured it. I wrote a check to them and got keys to the gates but at the last minute, the extra 500 acres they were going to lease (which is why they needed a couple of extra members) got leased out from under them. Todd was really cool and apologized and sent my check back because their membership was already filled. Class act guy in my book.

Jim found us. Lol. He joined us as well. Thanks guys for helping him find us. Welcome to the club Jim. Guys we do have a few openings. Planing on upping ours another 1000 ac this year. That will put us at 4500 ac.
