This upper has had maybe 15 rounds put through it just to check function. I am only selling because I am building a 6.5 Grendel upper and will not need this one.
For those that are wanting to get an AR economically then this is the way to go.
You can buy a Palmetto State Blemished lower for $59.00 and a lower build kit for $79.
