I have a older 2 bedroom, 2 bath house on a half acre. Big living room, laundry room, kitchen with oak cabinets, small computer room. Nice fenced in back yard. Right off 78 , 6 miles before Jasper. $45,000. Really not a bad house, wife had before we married, and we can't continue to make two payments. Trying to get out from under.
