Shooting Houses for sale. I can build as many as u need. Made out of 2x6 treated wood at the base. 7/16 osb sides. ¾ inch plywood flooring. Metal roof.8 inch x 28 inch windows. 2x2 and 2x4 treated corners. 2x4 shelf on three sides to sit accessories or rifle on. this shooting house is very strong and can be put on 4x4 legs if desired. Its very affordable also. Any questions just ask, or call, 205-499-4067. 4x4 is $275 and 4x6 is $375. I built these last year and had a lot of buyers call back to buy another one or two.I havepictures I can text also.

what are the inside dimensions (L X W X H)? Does the price include the base and legs?

The sizes of the shootin houses to the outside edges are 4 foot x 4 foot, and 4 foot x6 foot, so you take 7/16 inches off the sides and u get around 3'11 x 3'11, and 3'11 x 5'11. both are 80 inches tall in front, and 78 inches tall in the back but can be made a little taller. Legs do not come with it, they will cost a little more. The base comes with it, the base consists of 2x6's and 3/4 inch plywood.

I can build around 2 a week with my work schedule. In July I will be able to build 3 or 4 a week.

Do you deliver and set-up?

I can deliver, it will depend how far and all on the price. If one is ordered with legs, you will need a front bucket on a tractor to lift it into place. We did 5 last year an it was very easy!

I had to go up a little on price on 4x4($295) and 4x6($400) because lowes decided to go way up on there OSB, but still getting a lot of orders, anyone else interested?

I will be building shooting houses again this year, I'm thinking about making some out of metal this year also. I'm not sure on the price of the metal ones, but the wooden ones will be the same price as last year.

Yea I have, but I'd have to sell it for $550 to make any money off of it. Plus, I've had the osb shooting houses for going in 12 years now, and it's still in good shape, so they last a very long time also. And it keeps the price down. I can make them out of whatever you want.

And it's only $75 more. So, as the lumber prices are now, the 4x4 box is $325 and the $4x6 box is $425.

I didn't read through all the pages. What's the cost for 4x6 and got any pics? Can they lay flat on the back to put legs on before leaning up?

Yes they can be laid down and legs installed. I make every shooting house with the ability to add legs. I have lots of pics but it takes forever to post them. You can text me at1 (205) 499-4067 and I'll send more.

Yes, the ones we have there were three of us and a front end loader but my help really doesn't count for much these days, so your answer is yes.

I’ve got two of the 4x6 houses with the sliding windows. They are well built and will last a long time.

I transported both of mine with my 5x8 four wheeler trailer. I drove to the edge of the field and just shimmied the house off the back where I wanted to place it.

A little FYI for some people that MAY not know. I like to
A) Measure well
B) cement poles in the ground (let dry)
C) set the house on the poles with a front end loader before they're braced. That way you can make sure the poles are in the corners good and even lag bolt them in place.
D) brace the house and build your ladder

Just the way I do it now anyway.

I gotta say that Moodyc24 makes a quality shooting house and actually cares that he makes something that will last and be enjoyed for a long time! He is extremely helpful and great to deal with! Next time I will bring a real trailer Moody! Thanks for helping to work it out!
