It did the same with me,I put in a few dates in March and for 3 nights it said $10k,I just went back in and put the dates back in and it said $440/night,I scrolled down and then it jumped to $10,714/night,idk what’s going on with it

What dates are you looking at?

If you see any shockingly high nightly rates, that’s us blocking off the house by setting the price sky high.
The Airbnb algorithm ranks you lower if you start blocking off, thus we use price as a defacto block while still leaving it with the appearance of open.

That’s understandable,I was just looking,no particular weekend,was thinking about a weekend before my daughter and friends get out at Auburn for the summer
