When you say it has a misfire on one cylinder and your tired of fooling with it, sounds like a dead cylinder. If that's the case, bits gonna need a new engine or at least rebuild the head on that side.

OBD says misfire cylinder 4 . Haven't took to the mechanic. Just not able to fool with it physically. I drive it everyday and doesn't give issues. Sounds like crap idling

Might just need a spark plug then. I thought you done tried everything, sorry. If you do try everything and it still misses, spray carb cleaner around the intake to see if it changes idle. Could be an intake leak. Forgot to mention that earlier. I learned my lesson on buying them with missfires. I took a chance and lost big time. Most people are gonna assume the worst til you get rid of the miss. 👍

Is it throwing a code?
Have you tried to swap parts (coil and plug wire) around with another non mis firing cylinder?
If the misfire moves to the other cylinder, it's either the coil or plug wire or both
