This camper is loaded to the gills and still has nipples on the tires.

Queen bed in Bedroom, bunkhouse, fold out leather sofa and fold down dinette. 40” tv in living space with Bluetooth capable radio wired to inside and out. Full bath with interior and exterior entry. Full kitchen with fridge and freezer that runs on propane or electric. 15000 BTU twin a/c’s to keep it ice cold through the Alabama summers. 16’ slide out and 16’ awning with led lights. Run with 50amp power and has a 6 gallon hot water heater that will run on propane and electric. Upgraded to a deep cycle marine battery, both propane tanks are full. I’m also going to throw in all the hoses, pipes, cords, converters, chocks, supports I have and even a full camper cover. You will be ready to camp when you pull out of my driveway.

NADA Retail on this setup is anywhere from $36-43k. I’m asking $33k with the 3% to Aldeer.
