Oldest brother built this and has lost interest and would rather sell as is than finish it inside. It's 12x24 (including the 4" front porch). Walls are insulated. Tub and toilet are included (not the window AC unit). Buyer will have to move. Asking $4500. Located in Autaugaville (South Autauga County).
