Preferably a 7-08 but will consider other calibers.

Lemme talk with my kids (daughter mainly). My son has now taken over my 270 but I still have a youth 7-08 I might could part with. Depends on how much interest she has. She went one time, killed a doe, and hasn’t been back since

Well sorry. She says she “may” hunt more. And I sure want to have the equipment if she asks

H&R 243 bull barrel with AR style adjustable stock on it. Let me know if interested.

Pass on the H&R. Thanks though

Find a cva scout.
They have excellent triggers for the price point. Find an older Bushnell elite 4200 50mm scope and you’ll have an excellent youth rifle.
They usually have plenty of the rifles at academy for around the $250 mark, with a scope.

Have a Marlin XS7 in 7-08. Blue/synthetic and has the accu-trigger style trigger. Only reason I'm considering selling is my wife has taken over my Ruger American. She likes the detachable magazine on the Ruger.
