I believe in Alabama a camper doesn't require a title to get a tag if it is over 20 years old. I don't know what model that one is, but it just may qualify.

I cant get it if my insurance wont let it. I like to have the title.

Do you have a pic of the back end? Is there a bed or bunk in the back as well?

There is a little water damage at where it once had a leak but that's been fixed per the owner
