Unscrew the brake and screw on the thread protector.

It’s not nearly as loud as the Brownings with the BOSS on them. I just wave a set of head phones on my neck and slide em up and problem solved

Love Muzzlebrakes all my rifles now have them walker game ears are the ticket not very expensive just need to keep an extra 3a battery with me when hunting
