12 x 24 Foot Work/Storage/Hunting Shed in Excellent Condition. Shed has numerous upgrades:
- 8 Foot Retractable Door
- Regular Steel Door on side
- Fully Finished Bathroom with Shower, Vanity and Toilet along with 1 - 4 pronged outlet and 1 - 2 pronged outlet
with 1 Fluorescent light
- Completely separate Bed Room or Office with 5 Four Pronged outlets, a panel box and one Fluorescent light
- Main area has 2 - 4 Pronged outlets and 2 Fluorescent lights

I am open to trades for guns, 4 wheeler's or side by side. All trades will be of equal Value or with Cash. Call or show contact info ! Both sheds are different and in perfect condition.These sheds run about $5,200 new with only one light and one outlet !! No 8 Foot door to pull your 4 wheeler are lawn mower
in. $5,400 OBO

Yes - Shed with bath room is fully insulated .

Shower and separate bed room are fully insulated - side walls in other Storage area are insulted but roof is not . Sorry for the confusion

Bed room is 11 Feet wide and 7 1/2 feet long.
