WTB 02-06 Suburban NW AL - 08/15/19 01:08 PM

Wife was looking at Excursions, but after seeing and driving one, no go.

She likes the suburban better and would prefer to have the bench in the middle, not the captains chairs, but that is not a deal killer. I have searched viewed all on craigslist and facebook market place in and around this area.

Looking for ones that you may have that isnt listed anywhere or sitting on side of the road for sale.

TIA for the help!

Not trying to be smart aleck, but I hope you have a mechanic in the family, Todd. My neighbor had an o4' they just got rid of and they had lots of problems with it.

If you get the 5.3, you will be good to go. I have an 06 4x4 and LOVE it.

I have owned 4 of these model vehicles and am familiar with them. I am staying under the 06 model so i dont have to deal with the afm issues in the 07+

I have same year, not 4wd. It's black, has the leather/sun roof package and i think about 120,000 miles. I'd probably sell it. Had it since new and never did one thing other than maintenance, breaks and tires. Has captain chairs in middle row. It has the paint issue on the hood, drivers seat is torn but I'm going to fix that.

Todd , yes I still have mine. Has 208k on it and has the ever so common ABS module issue. Just about to do an oil change later today. It ain’t perfect but a solid truck for $3000.

Great vehicles. My 2001 4x4 has 280K and I would drive it anywhere. All original except fuel pump, compressor and water pump. Even has the factory fill on both diffs, transfer case and transmission.
I just pulled 7000 lbs of trailer about 4 hours on Saturday. Still has plenty of power.
