Several guys with families who like to ride atvs, 4 wheelers, go carts. Also, area for longe range shooting. Will lease or consider purchase. Quality of hunt not a high priority. Lake or river access would be nice. West Alabama location. Year round lease.Minimum of 100-160 acres, will consider more.
