I'm looking for a 5'-6' piece of 8" or 10" diameter thick walled PVC pipe to make fleshing beams. Can have a hole in it or cracked... Anyone in the Huntsville area have anything or know where I might look?

Check with contractors that put in water and sewer lines. They will have short sections leftover from previous projects or may even cut you a piece for cheap.
