Hunting club camper fs

We have upgraded our camper that we use at our hunting club and need to sell the old one. It is a 24' (I think) 1978 Citation and has been modified to fit our needs. The refrigerator and air conditioner work. We replaced the hot water heater with a 6 gallon electric a few years ago. We used electric heaters, but the furnace worked the last ime we tried it. Not much to look at but It kept us warm and dry for several years. No leaks at this time. Asking $1000 OBO. PM me and I can send you pictures or awnser any questions.

I know somebody needs a warm dry place to stay at their hunting club. We have used it at 4 different clubs and 2 management areas and would not be selling it if we had not gotten a deal on an upgrade. Reasonable offer gets it.

Weight? Tongue weight? Type of hitch?

it has a 2 5/16 ball. Not sure of the tongue weight but I pull it with 1/2 ton truck without any problems.

It is road worthy enough to be pulled somewhere and left but I am not sure if it could be pulled back and forth. 2 tires were replaced within the last couple of years and the others have good thread. text me at 334-850-4522 for pics.

Joplin , he's a little slow ,dyslexic , bad back , he and my wife were abused pretty bad when they where young , he left home at 16 working odd jobs , being slow a lot of so called friends would take advantage of him , steal what little he had ,this last time they stole his tent and sleeping bag so he headed for what he used to call home. He's 53 and looks 80 everything he owned was in a backpack so we going to try and take care of him , he called POS mother(They were both adopted , wife and him) in California for a place to stay for a while and she said she had no room which is BS, that's short version of the story

If what all you mentioned on ur brothers story is legit I have an offer. Why Ive kinda been asking a few questions. I have a 28 ft bumper pull camper in Pickens County AL. If the man is homeless and down on his luck come get the thing and haul it where you need it. He can do the minor repairs and be a whole lot more comfortable than in a tent.
