WTB: Heavier Broadheads - 09/24/16 02:00 PM

I need minimum 6, prefer a dozen of some 145-150 grain, fixed blade, cut on contact, 2-3 blade heads of same type at a good, package deal. Would even consider some muzzy 145 3 or 4 blade heads. I'm looking at some travel traditional hunting outside the country, and need enough to be functional for an extended period, and to not break the bank if they get lost, one way or another. If anyone has a gang of something laying around, let me know. Thanks.

Can you use brass inserts to get the weight up or are you looking for glue on? I see you said traditional, so I'm guessing glue on, but I'm not real familiar with trad.

x2 on the brass inserts. I use 100 grain inserts in my traditional arrows with 125 grain screw-in zwickey heads. my arrows are around 600 grains total weight. makes for a hard hitting arrow. I buy mine from 3 rivers archery online. 11dollars a dozen...

I actually have a few of these that someone gave me. I don't know what grain they are...

Where are you located?

I'm normally in Marshall county/Arab, but TDY right now and would pay to ship anything.

I'm hunting screw in heads, and haven't tried any brass inserts, as my current 'travel' setup of carbons already have aluminum inserts glued in. I have some of my old Simmons landsharks, and would take more. I do find their weight varies up to 15gr, which probably makes no difference to my hunting recurve accuracy, but sticks in my head. If somebody has 6 or so of those laying around, I'd be interested.
