There is one on the Chilton Trader (Facebook) for 1500 bucks...needs work but looks serviceable...

I've got a fixer upper I'll put on you for $500. Bought it last year to fix up but found a deal on a bigger one. Pm # if interested and I'll send pics. We've already gutted most of the inside.
