Check out FirearmsForSale; they're located outside Nashville & I got a PF-9 parkerized for $229 last year, brand new.

A bunch of places are currently selling the ruger lcp for right at $200. It isn't a keltec, but it is pretty dang close, and you will be hard pressed to find one much cheaper.
