WTB Marlin 336 30-30

My dad had one of these about 30 years ago and for some reason he sold it. He has made the comment several times that he should have never gotten rid of it. Went as far as to call the guy he sold it to, to try to buy it back last year.

I was thinking about buying one for him for Christmas. Does anybody have a lead on one in good shape? PM me if so.

Might have to try to buy the gun back from the one he sold it to. Buy the buyer a new gun of choice, but may be worth it to your father!

I thought about it. I may give the guy a call. Problem is ole boy has had it for 30 years and is probably fairly attached to it himself. He contacted him about it last year but the guy didn't want to sell it back. I can try again with the offer to buy a replacement.
