2007 Jayco camper for sale

I'm looking for a smaller camper so I am selling my current one. Only had it about 6 months. Slept in it few weeks during hunting season but that's it. Was pulled to camp and has been there ever since. Good tires and everything works. Here is link to craigslist post I put up about it. Want to sell for $12,900. Others online list for $15k plus. How long is it? How much smaller do you want to go?

It's 31 feet (34 to hitch). I'm wanting something closer to 20 feet that's an ultralight . Probably just going to take the cash and maybe buy an ultralight at some point in future. Wife and I don't have time to camp as much as we like.

I have a 23ft fks Coachmen Spirit of America worth about the same money as yours. Just curious I'm looking to upsize.
