Anyone bought this software?
I just bought it and trying to download pics. It keeps saying the pic can't be downloaded due to format.
Any ideas?

Are your pics in JPX instead of JPG format ?

nope, they are in JPG format. I've emailed for help, but was expecting a somewhat timely reply, but haven't gotten anything yet. Guess I'll just have to wait.
