The method of hunting line.

Where is the DCNR's authorization in the law to set seasons according to the method or equipment used? Is a dead deer any less dead if it's killed with a bow, a muzzleloader, or a modern rifle?

Do we draw the line where the law ends, or do we allow new lines to be drawn by the men of the DCNR? Where do we draw the line?
