International Paper Land For Lease?

Does anyone know where to look online or who to contact about land they have for lease?

Teague.. They started contracting their leasing to an outside company... I just can't remember the name... Last time I went to their website it redirected me to their leasing agency.. but that has been many years ago...

Is that the same company that purchased some of Gulf States/Westervelt land last year?

IP sold land to several buyers. You probably need to check the county and see if there is a plat book available, or go on-line and see if you can find the owner of the parcels you are interested in.

Mine was sold to GMO.....managed by American Forrest management I believe it is called,

From what I understand - RMS is a company that IP invented to handle their property, reduce their liability and reduce their tax burden. I have made signs for their offices and they always want them as small as possible and done in colors that will not show up. They like to stay hid!

RMS and FRC bought most of IP's land over this way.

You may be thinking about the entities John Hancock set up to own the old KC land it bought from US Alliance, RMS is a independent company that owns/ manages lots of land for different investors.

I think RMS is a REIT.
