Out Of State Youth Hunt

Does anyone have any experience with out of state youth hunts to the midwest (ish) ? Any recommended outfitters would be appreciated. Ill be looking at Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana. I would assume bucks will still be in bachelor groups at this point, will want a state that allows rifles.

Illinois has a youth hunt program allowing youth to draw a hunt on private land. Hit me up by PM if interested in more information. Illinois allows straight wall cartridge now.
