On black water SOA for second sit. Knack on the same spot as yesterday, missed a doe but wanted to make sure so I’m hunting here this morning and then gonna go look around a bit. Gonna sit on a road this evening I think

Up in a saddle. Never hunted land like this I feel like there’s no rhyme or reason as to where the deer are moving. Trails absolutely everywhere

Setting in the shooting house hoping what showed yesterday evening about 5 mins after to dark to shoot does a encore performance

Well I got off work went to sit at back pasture and missed my biggest at 10 yards...I dint get set down and heard him coming fast at trot straight to me I grunted and he bolted

That one in the back I'm pretty sure they a couple other here that's similar tho

At my buck field - seen one doe - she spooked at something across the field - wind perfect and ain’t hunted here n about 2 weeks

Hate to hear it JB. I have only grunted or made noise a couple times in my life for that reason. I'd rather shoot at one moving than let him know Im there or spook him.

Good luck to you. My guess is that buck's luck will run out and you'll get him.

BTW, one time I had a deer flying past me at 15 yards and I led it by 12 inches (I thought) and watched the arrow fly behind its butt. So, Im not saying I have the answers. I just do what I do.

I did instinctively, he was turning but I couldn't get him in scope...that was the only clearing I had because he was moving so fast...I thought he was dead when I 1st saw him then he just kept coming to fast

Heck, I thought you were bow hunting.

Was just to thick, I saw the tree I hit that was behind him and from where I was and where he bolted he got lucky.
