Our lease come in today.
It only increased $60 from last year .
Needless to say I was pleased to see that.

It's gone up 5000 the last 3 year's.

Just the normal.. Clear cut, sell out right, swap out with another piece.
but if they have gone up on you like that over the last few maybe thats the reason. Its getting crazy high.

Well mine didn’t go up at all this year surprisingly. May mean they are about to scorch earth it. 🤷♂️
