Foggy and drizzling rain on and off. Haven’t heard any shots nor seen any deer yet only mosquitoes.

Killed a coyote. 120 gr Nosler BT out of a 7-08. Gut shot it. That's what it gave me for a target, so I laid the wood to it.

Backed out of the garage this morning. Something caught my eye to the right. Small racked buck standing in the back yard. Second I looked at him he trotted off towards the woods.

Stopped by a Madison county processor around 1pm today. Only 2 deer had been brought in so far.
