Shout out for good customer service

Bought a Millennium M150 from a store going out of business this past spring. Went to put it together last week and it was missing the cam buckle receiver and the adjustable platform “v” that goes against the tree. Called them up and explained and they think those pieces were robbed out of the box. They went ahead and shipped me the pieces without hassle at no cost. Just wanted to give credit for a great customer service department.

We as humans are so quick to slam those that do us wrong but are much slower to celebrate success.
