Looking at a club

I’ve got the opportunity to join a club in cottonton al. Was wondering if anyone has/have an experience with the area?TIA

The deer in Cottonton rut early. Right around middle November to Thanksgiving. There are some studs in the area.

What club is it if you dont mind me asking? Our place is relatively close to cottonton. Few miles west of it. Good area for sure. Our rut is mid-late dec,but we're just on the other side of 431. I know the closer to the river you get,the earlier the rut is,so a late Nov rut may be the case for you. I'd be very surprised if the place doesnt have hogs on it as well

It’s on 165 and I was told the rut is around thanksgiving. And yes there are hogs on the property. From what I saw there are plenty of deer too.

I've tracked deer on several properties right through there. There's some nice deer in the area and a bunch of hogs. Along the river is slap eat up with them. If you border the river then you'll probably have to deal with public land hunters coming in on the refuge.

No doubt land on 165 has an early rut. Good deer in the ft mitchell/pittsview area.

Still amazes me just a few miles makes that much difference in the rut

Some very good hunting around there. When my kids get grown I intend to find a good club up that way
