FINALLY GOT HIM......

The Lord truly blessed me yesterday afternoon! I have never hunted as long or hard for a deer as I did this one. In 2016 I got a picture of a good buck and my little girl named him "King Bob". Well after 3 deer seasons, 2 misses, and 2 close calls, I finally killed "King Bob". It's kinda bittersweet knowing he won't be there anymore, but he sure is going to be pretty on the wall!! I have NEVER wanted to kill a deer this bad in my life! I made a video right after I shot him, and all I could do was cry. 🤣😂🤣.... In the end though, he got the last laugh. Got 4 stitches to remind me of him 🤣🤣

Awesome! Congrats! Bucks with history are the best. I had a really similar experience last year after chasing after a buck for three years. Few close encounters, one miss, then finally one afternoon it all came together. Once I found him laying I just had to sit a while with him and reflect on it all, almost too much to take in after you've been after a specific deer so hard.
