When I hunted there it was full bore by 2nd/3rd week of January

Now! Last year I got a goodin on 1/18 but had pics chasing and unusual daytime activity for bucks for a week before. Just checked my cameras this afternoon and my best buck was there @ 5:30pm yesterday (does come out every day from 5-5:30) first time he was on camera outside of 8pm-2am. So my guess is it's getting started, but it's only my 2nd year hunting Autauga county. My lease is between the WMA and Chilton County line.

I’m between pine level and clanton and they have torn the place up with scrapes. Video of a few small ones starting to push does. By end of the weekend I’d say it’s gonna get going good
