Has anyone here had any experiences with Martin Cha wma in Jackson's Gap ? Just wondering before I load up to go check these 400 acres of little wma

I think it is. I looked on out outdoor alabama. It doesn't even have a previous harvest report for any animal.I'll just ride down there and check it out.

It's really not all THAT bad. It's a project in the works. The wma it self is between a farm and the Talapoosa River and a hunting club( not so sure if that's a good thing) so that's a plus. Bad part to me is there are no true potential bedding areas on the land. No true food plot to speak of but there are Plenty of oak trees and semi mature pines.I saw some scat aND a few fresh scrapes all over so I know there is at least one buck around somewhere but he was MIA. It was like hunting in your grandpa's backwoods that he hasn't visited since the 80. It has potential but I think I'll wait a while before I return.

FYI season don't open until 4/1 there
