If someone that owns land shoots a deer but do not have a license as it's their land and do not have a hunter education number as they were in before that started how do they get an id to use game check?

True, but I digress.
That landowner gets a H.E.L.P number which will serve as his “license” number. It’s for license exempt hunters.

I would assume you would get a HELP license (hunting License exempt), the same as if you were under 16. The problem with the under 16 is getting past the DL # part. Won't be a problem if you have a DL. The HELP license option is in the drop down box under license options on the Outdoors Alabama page.
