Not I.
Prolly gonna quit giving em a donation every year.

Nope. I gave in and tried one more time, just like the last time I gave in "one more time" with the Alabama alligator lottery. Lot of donations. Don't give a chit about "building points" for the future.
Done. Won't give to Kentucky anymore, either. Ain't worth it.

Didn't get drawn but some lucky in-state sob with my same name got drawn for a firearm bull and when I saw it my heart skipped about 20 beats.

I'm like 0-9 for KY. They will surely take that app fee every time!

Didn't they have to stop taking people's money for gator permit lotteries if they didn't get one? I recall something several years ago that was brought up. Illegal, right?

I don't think so. States use the nebulous "Application Fee" and/or "Administrative Fee" as a way to keep the money.
As if there's some kind of administrative hardship when we type our info into a computer, hit "submit" and then it goes into the system. It ain't like Maude in her 8-to-4:30 state job is doing it on an IBM Selectric.

That's a few dollars I'll send to KY every year.

I just sent around $200.00 to Idaho for Deer and Antelope apps along with the must have hunting license.
10$ to KY is nothing in comparison.
